Larry is a registered architect and Founder of FA+D. With more than forty years of practice he has experience with a large range of project types including master planning, building design, corporate interiors, retail, hospitality, residential, industrial and branding. His goal in every project is to bring "strength, functionality and beauty" as professed by the ancient Roman architect, Vitruvius.
Dorcas Roehrs - Creative Director at FA+D is trained in both architecture and interior design as well as industrial design. With International experience in residential development and hotel design she brings a keen design sense and empathetic understanding to the nature of each design project.

As Senior Project Director, Thomas is highly experienced in the field with over 20 years of experience. He is instrumental in business development and marketing efforts, meeting with prospective clients, proposal development and presentation. He is well versed in building code and zoning issues. His experience includes work on interior renovations, exteriors, and ground up buildings. Thomas has substantial expertise in the design of food related services.from small concession installations to large commissary kitchens.
